I'm an english major. Putting everything I think down on paper is the only thing that really makes sense to me, so here we are. Since I don't usually do shit like this, I'm just going to write as much random shit as I can think of.
1) I don't eat red meat. Never have, never will. 2) My greatest fear in life is turning into a high school english teacher version of Edna Krabapple from The Simpsons (not kidding, and it really could happen =/) 3) I believe in a higher power, but I can't confine myself to any specifics, so I would probably define myself as agnostic, spiritual, constructive deist, or all of the above...? 4) I'm quite liberal, but I won't push my beliefs on anyone because I believe in the subjectivity of perspective and opinions. I just want everyone to be able to see the point of view of others and love them for it. I know it's impossible, but the world really would be a better place. 5) I'm pretty masculine as far as point of view about most issues is concerned. I hate stereotypical girl behaviors. I'm VERY assertive and forward, even when I know I shouldn't be. 6) I'm honest to a fault. Even some of my oldest friends find my veracity unnerving. 7) I don't understand most people and I've never had a lot of friends, but I'm very okay with that, especially now. 8) I love love love grammar and language and diction and syntax. I love it all. 9) Knitting is my meditation. My brain works too hard and it has a special sleep setting just for knitting scarves. 10) I have a HORRIBLE work ethic. 11) I swear toooo much. 12) I hate the radio. I'm too much of a snob for mainstream music. 13) I'LL BE YOUR BEST FRIEND IF YOU TELL ME A TRULY DISGUSTING JOKE :D:D:D. I'm very difficult to shock. 14) When I transfer in a year and a half, I want to change my major so that I also have a concentration in gender, sexuality and women's studies. 15) I want to edit novels for a living and maybe write on the side, but before I start my career, I want to serve in the Peace Corps. 16) I was adopted. I graduated from high school at sixteen. I've led a very unconventional life. 17) I love the satisfaction I get after I get pierced, so I have a feeling I'm going to end up with A LOT of tattoos.
Shit, I don't know what else. I have a very different perspective on things than most people and I don't have any qualms telling everyone all about it :)
